I was hired today, back with a company I worked for 2 years ago until they slowed down and ran out of work. Even though the type of work is different then pretty much everything I have done in the past, it will still be better then the last company that just laid me off. I just hope that they dont run out of work again. It is a great company to work for.

Congrats - you are lucky to find work so quickly. My nephew has been looking for over a year (since he graduated college), for now he is working as a life guard (not exactly in his field of study but it is a job).

thank you all. I am glad that I listened to my dad about not burning bridges. Because this was one of those bridges. I am just glad to get back with a great company. I have alot of things around the house that need money to fix or replace. And after only working 6 months out of 2 years, this might be my chance.

That is great news. I knew you would get a job quickly. If one is determined, they can do it. My other half was laid off last summer and hired exactly 1 month later. Pounding the pavement, not giving up, and follow ups was his success
