Is it healthy to just eat yogurt at night for dinner? I'm eating a good breakfast and lunch. I ate yogurt last night and wasn't hungry until this morning so i think as long as I am full it shouldn't be a problem.. Whats the best brand that's healthy?

I wouldn't call it a complete meal, but whatever makes you happy. I like Chobani Greek yogurt.
