Occasionally I remember my first long term (2 years of dating) partner and wonder what he's doing now but it is only a brief thought. He had this great Honda 750 motorcycle and we used to travel all over the countryside on it and into the mountains. He even painted it my favorite color. Actually I think its the Honda 750 I remember most fondly and often.

Mine is my former bff. We dated from around 8th grade to the beginning of high school, then went back to being best friends. We still talk on the internet occasionally, but we haven't actually seen each other in the last year or so.

Distant memory - that was about 43 years ago. I do remember the event and the person with fondness - but have had no contact for at least 35 years.

Kinda dark, but I suppose it has to do with what you consider a 'first sexual partner.' Ahem, away from that topic, I really don't think about any of my exes that often. It's less about regret and more that things don't really remind me of them!

When we first broke up and a couple years after i would think about them quite often. Having been with many more people now, i dont give them much though, but we do stay in contact via facebook.

I think of my first sexual partner occasionally, both happy and sad thoughts. She was my girlfriend and high school sweetheart, both of us losing our virginity to each other. We dated for almost two years before breaking up, and a lot of sexual learning and growing were done in that time frame. However, she passed away 20 years ago in her early twenties of an illness. Maybe it was the anniversary of her death, as I am quite happy and in love with my wife, but I was thinking of her and wanted to ask the question.
