How do YOU choose who you follow on EF?

I really don't follow people. I followed a few when I first got here, or followed someone because they followed me. But I haven't added anyone in over 6 months I bet. (I think I follow a whopping 12 people...ha!)

I don't follow people, really. It's a useless feature.

There are a lot of reasons. If someone follows me I will follow back. Also, there are a couple of people who I've really connected with and talked with on the forums and through messaging and I am always sure to follow those people and keep up with each of their reviews. Also this week I connected with a very wonderful woman who had such kind things to say to me and we got to chatting a little and after I read her review I had a question about a toy she reviewed that I was very interested in purchasing. She went through so much trouble to go through my reviews, rate and read them! She also contacted me via my 'wall' and messaging to give me VERY helpful details about a particular thing and to say kind things. Those people are one's I do not forget and I try to be loyal to them by following and reading their reviews, rating and thanking them for so much help. I like getting to know people a little and connecting here and there it's nice and it's really fun to share experiences and all. I always follow someone who stands out to me on the forums too. If I see someone who has similar beliefs/views as me I like to connect with them (You don't find many who have similar views as me! lol)

Most of those reasons, but most of the time it's based on awesome forum posts.

I'm trying to follow all the top-ranked people.

I follow people who write great reviews, or have been very helpful in the forums. Sometimes if I see a really creative discussion I will also follow them.

I think I've picked most of them! I do admit, before I started doing things on EF, such as writing reviews and reading them. It was for the points. Now, that I'm more into EF I don't anymore. It has to be a reason I follow them.

I pick who I follow if I think they wrote a great, detailed review or they post videos that are informative. I tend to chose those who keep coming up as reviewing or commenting on products I'm interested in since it seems like we have similiar interests in toys. Once in awhile I choose to follow someone based on the frequency I see them in discussions and if I think they have an interesting POV.

I follow people who follow me. I follow those with AWESOME avitars. I follow those who have great forum posts. And I follow those who have the name of ToyTimeTim....apparent ly that list isn't that long around here...

I really need to follow more people... I always read an interesting review, rate and comment, but somehow forget that step. Or I'll read something really helpful or entertaining in the forum, comment and... forget.

I'm not good at this. I'll have to do some catching up. Sorry to anybody who I meant to follow but didn't!

I'll follow anyone who follows me, or someone who writes one or more awesome reviews. It all depends, but those are the main times when I follow people.

I've followed people for most of those reasons above... though I don't think I've come into contact with anyone I know in real life...

To an extent its a little of all of the above, if you follow me in most cases i will follow you, i will follow new people to get them started with a few people. I follow people who give good reviews. I also follow people who have been helpful. I sometimes follow because someone i am following followed someone as well.

There is lots of reasons i follow people, if they rate my review and leave me a nice comment or a helpful hint, i follow. If the picture is cool, I'll follow.. If there name is awesome, I follow.

So far I follow people who follow me. Will try to pay more attention to reviewers, because that's what makes this site so useful.

If a comment on a forum or a review makes me think about wanting to compliment the individual, I will follow them.

I follow for a lot of different reasons, whether it be because of their reviews, their description, if they followed me first, if they wrote something interesting in the forum, etc.
