(The New York Post) - A 32-year-old mother of three fatally stabbed her husband with a kitchen knife after discovering a porn video in their Brooklyn, N.Y., apartment, police sources said Friday.

Officers responded to a 911 call Thursday night in the Bushwick section of the New York City borough and found Rudolph Henry, 44, stabbed once in the chest in the family's third-floor pad, the sources said.

The victim was rushed to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.

Cops took Henry's wife, Shellyann Henry, in for questioning, and she was later charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

A neighbor, Dawn Springs, 26, said the couple had just moved into the brick, three-story walk-up only a few months ago. The pair has a teenage daughter, toddler son and infant girl, she said.

Without knowing the full story, I'm hesitant to make a comment on this. But I will say that I'm glad my partner and I both like porn and will watch it together!

Yeah, it is a tragic story.
It says they had 3 children. Now daddy is dead and mommy is in jail.
Just a horrible situation.

That's just terrible. I do agree with JR that it is hard to make a comment on something without knowing the whole story. I think that they should have at least talked it through or something instead of the wife going ape-shit and stabbing him.

A personal example, if that's alright: When my fiancé and I first started being together, I was telling him what some of my limits were. Now, I am a fairly open person and I'll try most things at least once, but there are things that I just can't do or can't have going on. One for him was actually going to be something about how I didn't want him to watch porn. Harsh, yes, I know, but please understand that I had really low self-esteem issues and for some reason I worried that he'd find the women more attractive than me or while we were having sex, he'd be thinking about them and not me.

But it just felt wrong to not let him do that, I mean even I will watch porn sometimes, not at often as some, but I still do. And even when this was going on, every so often I'd watch it. I cannot stand double standards, even if I do happen to be the one in the gaining position from it. So of course I scratched that one off the list.

Now it doesn't even bother me. He'll watch porn, I'll watch porn, I use toys, he uses his toy (just found it for him a few days ago at a brick-and-mortar shop ) And I don't mind. The "No porn" rule then turned into "As long as it doesn't negatively affect our relationship, then it's fine. If it does, it's gone" type rule which is, I feel now, infinitely more fair.

Besides, he seems to get inspiration and creativity from watching it and will want to try stuff he saw on the porn with me Who wouldn't love that?

/End of Text Wall, lol

That's a shame. Not worth killing someone over though, but who knows what the entire story is.

Wow, how messed up would it be if that truly was the only reason why she killed him? Personally, my money is on either he cheated on her and/or abused her orrrr she had serious mental issues.

That's what I am thinking..I think there's more to the situation and that was probably a last straw type thing that made her snap.

Horrible situation regardless though, those poor kids

I agree, there's gotta be more. To kill someone over a simple porn vid.... wut?

My first thought, to be honest, was that it was a home made porno, and that he the star. Just to kill someone for having a porno? Excessive, and unlikely unless she was previously imbalanced.

Further, this article is written in such a way that you automatically think, "Oh, what a horrible woman/mother/wife."

Half the story always leaves much to be desired...

It could likely be that finding porn was just what set off a seriously mentally ill woman. It's tragic regardless.

Same here! Part of me is curious about the "whole story"... but then the rest of me doesn't really want to know.

Guys, look, go read the link, and you'll notice the SOURCE link, where they got their painfully brief blurb from. Read THIS.

You'll notice that the husband weilded a knife after an argument. The wife then grabbed a pair of scissors to defend herself. The man was said to be abusive.

This is not about "finding porn", and it's a shame she is assumed to be mentally ill.

Wow, I didn't think to check the source link, good find, Lucille and thanks for the info

I can't stand when facts get distorted, especially by a news organization. By them not providing more details we are left to assume until someone points out the truth (because not everyone notices or reads the source links, of course). Just like with the McDonald's Coffee incident, everyone thought the woman sued for a stupid reason due to lack of credible information, but when the facts came to light, it was in fact their fault for having the coffee temperature way too high.

Again, thank you for clearing things up, Lucille

Sometimes it's way less interesting when you know all the facts... and the rest of the time it is even more insane!

Just another example of a tragic story that's distorted for sensationalism. Ugh. Thanks for posting this, Blinker!

That is horrible. Who ever wrote that should be ashamed of themselves. It's disgusting honestly.

That sounds completely insane and tragic. Even of course not knowing the whole story, the kids now have no father and a mother for probably a long time. I have a feeling there's a little more behind it. Maybe it was a homemade one or something? They never say these things.

I completely fit into your example. When I first found porn links on my boyfriends computer or something downloaded, it used to hurt me so bad because I WAS so insecure. Now with both watch and talk about it
