So I had a superbowl party type thing and we struck up an interesting conversation about what if Beyonce's child (she had a kid about a year ago) looks up their mom when they are in their teenage years, what will they think. Anyways wanted to hear other thoughts on the matter of children of celebrities (especially those which are sex symbols in our day and age) and how they feel about their parents roles in society?

I think of most celebrities, Beyonce wasn't too bad and she has been pretty good as a role model. She's been with the same guy for over a decade, married him and had a kid. As far as career, she has managed to keep it going though she kind of made herself the main star in Destiny's Child. As far as the Superbowl, I didn't find the performance outstanding, she danced through most of the performance and had her mic in her hand.

Since Beyonce will be raining her child in that atmosphere and influencing her thoughts at that early stage of life, I'm sure she will think her mom is cool and talented.

Eh, her kid probably won't think it's that big a deal. All pop stars dress the way she does. It's like a job uniform.
