Yes it is mostly staged and most pornstars say that it is very different from having sex at home, especially because you have to use certain positions and angles to let the camera see freely but it still feels good and they still enjoy it, otherwise they wouldn't do it. If you want something more "real" you can look into some amateur porn, it will be more like what you experience at home.
