I have an alternate persona online, so I try to keep my real personal stuff, (like my name, SSN, and town I live in) to myself.

I limit my personal identity a LOT more harshly than I do with my Mistressing and BDSM profiles.

i recently deactivated my facebook accnt and only use a fake one for EF stuff. it got too creepy, not due to major internet corporations but other folks i used to know at just creeping on me. that obligation to accept friend requests.. people knowing what i'm doing, where i live, who i date, where i work, when i dont even talk to them anymore. i'd rather not.

I'm somewhat concerned, but not enough to keep me awake at night.

I'm somewhat concerned when the issue is brought up to me but never think about it unless someone is warning me. Even them, I don't care enough to take precautions. Probably not the best mentality.

I'm careful. Multiple e-mail addresses, different passwords. I try not to ever use any identifying information about myself. Never my real name, age, dob, etc.

The only thing I really care about is people who might be hiring me having access to it, and it turning them away.

I am pretty private online and have very little info up that's not anonymous. And I like it that way!

I am somewhat concerned. For the most part though, if I want something to be private, I don't post it on the internet.

*shrug* Not as concerned as most... But for example, I won't "connect my EdenFantasys account to Facebook." I mean, come on people, really? XD

I went with "very concerned", because I kind of am. I try to be as careful as possible about what information I put online and where.

I'm especially concerned with Google accounts and all of the associated logins on other websites (Youtube, Flickr, etc). They're hard to keep track of and when privacy settings for those sites change I usually end up missing any notifications or don't get any at all. At least Facebook has a universal setting to not share certain things with those sites, and to not share your activity on those sites on your Facebook profile.

SOPA will be reborn in other laws (like CISPA ). It is our responsibility to stop them for our childrens' sake.

I don't really understand what a corporation could do with my search history.

I'm just concerned about fraud, identity theft, and things like that.

mostly annoyed. I don't know what xcompanyx thinks there going to do with the information of what I search for or what I do online, but I can guarantee it's not going to get me to spend money. When I visit a site and then adds for that site follow me to other sites, it doesn't make me want to buy that stuff any more that I originally did. When a porn add tells me there's singles willing and waiting in my home town, the tracking software that they used on my ip address doesn't make me any more likely to click on the add.

I'm very concerned and I am an advocate for internet freedom. Everything you type on the internet is stored into a database that can be accessed by anyone with a little bit of hacking how-to. You have to know your rights, and you have to know how to protect yourself when your information is stolen or how to keep others from accessing your information.
