Move over Octomom... Desmond Hatchett of Knoxville, Tenn. just set a new record by fathering 30 children with 11 different women.
I'm horrified about his lack of moral compass (and apparent inability to use a condom), but I try not to judge others... except, Mr. Hatchett is now looking to the government to help support his kids; he's discovered paying child support for 30 kids is very difficult with only a minimum wage job.

I've never been one to want to set limits, but this is out of hand. According to the local station, WREG, "Hatchett [has] not broken any laws fathering so many children, and... the state had no means to require him to stop."
On the one hand, I firmly believe the children shouldn't suffer for the actions of their biological parents. On the other hand, if I were a resident of Tennessee I'd consider it a better use of my tax dollars to sterilize this guy than to pay child support.
