Just another reason certain store returns should automatically be destroyed…

Used Enemas Allegedly Returned By Ronald Eugene Robinson To Florida Pharmacies

The title says it all. He's out of his mind and deserves fines and jailtime, but I'm stunned that the pharmacy didn't destroy the product. When I return makeup to Sephora they destroy it, why would any retailer put something of this nature back on the shelf? According to another news source the pharmacy in question was CVS. The Florida man, Ronald Eugene Robinson, has been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury but so far no charges have been made against the store.

Ewww. Now I don't wanna buy anything from CVS again. What a lax return policy that is.

Whoooaaaahh!!! That could put CVS completely out of business!!! There are certain regulations that a store selling personal health items CANNOT violate and selling previously used items like this of one of them!!! Glad there are no CVS stores where I live!!

I saw that story a week or so ago, and yes it grosses me out. I know the boxes appeared to be sealed, but with a product like that they shouldn't have put it back on the shelf. Too much of a risk!

We changed pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens because CVS was constantly shorting us medication. The Husband is in the medical field and he knows the difference in 180 pills and 60. Here's another one - Once they gave us someone else's prescription with the same last name as ours. The Husband turned around, drove back to CVS and righted the wrong.

Idiots, I tell you - all of them.

Actually Sephora doesn't destroy all of it. If possible, they use it as a tester or employees are allowed to use them. Thank god we don't have CVS here but I always wondered why they had such a lax return policy.
