Absolutely no way in Hell!! The choice was made with the first kiss and that is the end of the story--permanently. If the other person would have valued the existing relationship it would never have happened.

My past few relationships have been open but I have had a partner make out with someone while we were in a monogamous relationship. It didn't really bother me but I guess I'm just not the jealous type. He told me about it and apologized, we talked about it for a minute and then it was over.

I'd be annoyed if he were kissing people when he's said explicitly that I'm not allowed. Oddly the idea is more amusing than hurtful.
