I'm doing this currently, but have never done it before. Thus far I enjoy it. Is there anyone who does this in all their relationships? If so, do you adopt a title eventually?

I did this with my boyfriend for about 4 months before we took on the boyfriend/girlfriend title. It's my first relationship, but I don't really see the need to rush into adopting titles until you're comfortable with them.

Currently doing it - it's been three weeks and we have some history (knew each other in high school but didn't date), but we're not yet at the point of actually using the titles. Although I've been calling him my boyfriend when referring to him with others because that's what he pretty much is to me since we're exclusive now.
