Have you ever dated someone just to get back at someone else?

You know the old revenge date... tit for tat type of deal. He/she hurt you so now you are going to show them by throwing it right back in their face. Did it work or did you end up feeling even worse?

No. In general, I just try to move on. I don't like wasting my energy on negative pursuits. I don't know if karma is real or not but I don't want to chance it!

No, flirtation and fantasy would be as far as I'd go. Revenge is a waste of energy, as liilii080 says, karma or not. Being purposefully awful to people is just something I try to avoid.

I did the whole revenge thing when I was in high school. I dated a guy for about 2 1/2 years and it ended very badly. The day we broke up, his best friend asked me out and we dated for a few weeks, nothing became of it. It didn't really make me feel bad or good at the time. Looking back I realize that it was a bitch move & I do feel bad about the way I treated my ex. It's definitely one of those things I'm not proud of.

Yep, and you know what? IT WORKED! If you ignore all of the drama that came with it.

Nope. Not worth the drama, I'd rather avoid the person.

I don't "get back" at people. I tell them what I think of them and that they aren't worth any more of my time. I make a point not to forget it either. No sense in letting the same person fuck with me all over again.
