Yep, I talk about EF more frequently than I thought I would because I am enjoying the review process and it has been empowering having newfound knowledge. There's a lot I've learned before in non-forum community settings online, however I've also have learned a great deal from members' input on my discussions and EF support.
Waiting until walking down the aisle might not be the best time, however if that is when you discover a curiosity for sex toys & the like, that isn't wrong.
