I am not too sure anyone has a 'soul mate'. I know we have people we have met before in whatever past lives (no I don't know HOW reincarnation works but I do believe it does!) and that we feel comfortable being around them. I attribute the soul mate feeling to this phenomenon...then again I may be totally off and maybe there is another even more wonderful reality out there!

I always end up thinking too much about subjects like these. I want to believe soul mates exist just because my husband and I are more compatible than I ever thought I would be with another person. But I have to remember that there are over 6 billion people in this world, so I guess it's totally possible that there would be someone else out there that's even more perfect. Not that I'm going to go looking!

i don't see why not. i see people get remarried after losing a loved 1 a few years before. they never stop loving the person they lost, but they move forward & fall in love w/ someone new.
