I would go out to bars if I was of legal age. I enjoy drinking, hanging out with friends, and checking out local bands.

I don't. They charge to much for drinks, plus you still have to get home. Screw it, give me my bottle of wine and turn on the music at home, so I can dance.

I love going to clubs and bars! Unfortunately I am 19 years old and in America I find it hard to go out. But in Europe I do all of the above lol

You totally missed the part about the music...

It's the only reason I go clubbing, is if an artist/DJ I like is in town, I go to experience their DJ set or live performance.

I've been going to learn to be more sociable. O_o I'm such a serious muckety-muck that a friend from high school who's still in the party scene has begun dragging me to bars to learn to not freak out when guys approach me. I failed at it badly last night - a guy I was dancing with wanted to kiss and I didn't want to and he wouldn't take no for an answer, so I ... stomped on his foot and hid in the bathroom until he left ... -_-

I'm told I could have handled that better.

I love bars and pubs, nothing is better than drinks with the boys, but clubs are irrelevant for me as I have a girlfriend and don't like dancing

Mostly to eat. I don't like the taste of most drinks, but they usually have good food. It's also nice to hang out with people in a more casual setting
