Have you every used plain old skin moisturizer for giving a massage?

We stayed overnight in a hotel (upscale), due to a flight being delayed. We were not expecting an overnight trip at all and had carry on basics , but NOTHING for the night. We actually went and bought a "travel hygiene kit" (Toothbrush, comb, deodorant..etc) and some underwear for the morning. We slept nude, so that was okay, and we enjoyed ROOM SERVICE in nice warm robes. However, we had no sex lube or toys (had regular vaginal sex after some oral play...so it worked out fine) and then we decided on a sensaul massage but had nothing except the IN ROOM lotion (which turns out to be VERY smooth and silk).

So, has anyone else ever used plain old hand/body lotion for a nice, sensual massage???

We don't need or have to have lube and toys every single time we have sex so that is not an issue here. We only use toys for fun or foreplay. Lotion can work just fine for massaging. I often stick with my professional massage lotion and some hot rocks for a massage. To be honest, even with my huge basket plus box full of Shunga products and other massage products, I tend to use my professional massage lotion more. It's because it actually has more benefits and there's no greasyness left behind. It also tends to work better for intense muscle massaging. I don't use regular drugstore lotion though, but have in the past. Drugstore lotion can do just as good as massage oil, especially for feet or legs.

No. We just usually give massages without anything but our hands. Though I did buy some kamu sutra massage oil once.

Yep, plain old hand lotion works just fine. Makes a good lube in a pinch, too.

Sometimes, but usually not since it doesn't stay slick as long due to skin absorbency.
