The ceramic massage stone is very comfortable - we use it frequently.

It's ceramic - very light with a smooth white glazing.

As far as I can tell it's solid. It's a little too small to have a hollow center - it fits nicely in the palm of your hand. I use it both ways. The massage side is concaved to make a node on each corner which is good for focusing pressure. The top side that would normally fit in your palm is a convex dome that applies more diffuse pressure. I've tried the other JimmyJane massage stones and to me this one is the best.

I have heard that most that have done reviews on the Lelo candle were not too impressed with them. Personally, I LOVE my knead me set or the booty parlor Don't Stop massage candles!
