I think if you're sensitive to texture, paint may be truer-to-label than dust, but I'm not certain.

Body dust is more like a flavored confectioner's sugar where as the body paint is more like hot fudge. Both have their uses and are fun, but hard to compare to each other.

Paint seems more fun and sensual, it's cute and like a creative twist in the bedroom

I'd prefer the paint over the dust, the dust sounds too messy, and who doesn't like painting?
