It's so important that I will opt out of sex if I don't have foreplay. Not having foreplay usually hurts me. And I'm not willing to get hurt because of the lack of foreplay. I like pain, but not vaginal tears and stuff. Those leave you uncomfortable for a few days. I'd much rather have 10 minutes of foreplay.

VERY VERY IMPORTANT,, it sets the pace for making love or for a quickie, or for hours of rolling around tickling and teasing. For hubby and I it sets up the whole scene for how our "session" is going to go

Extremely important! Girls need it more to get wet and so they can achieve orgasm as it takes a woman far longer than a man to get to an 'O' also makes sex less painful, helps guys get it up and keep it that way longer, and more romantic cause it connects you together so it's good for relationships. Also people are more likely to come back for more next time if your good at foreplay. Sometimes foreplay is enough to achieve orgasm by itself.
