Mostly just curiosity on my part, my SO and I usually only spend a few minutes before getting down to business, unless we have a lot of time where we know we'll be uninterrupted.

For my SO and I, it really depends on how much time we have and what we want to do. There have been times where we've spent upwards of 30-45 minutes on foreplay, but those really long times usually involve some sort of bondage. Then again, there are days where we go much quicker (either because we don't have the time or because we're in more of a "I need this. NOW." sort of mood).

Of course it varies - but we usually take a good 15-20 minutes of progressive foreplay.
