Maybe you could each make a list of the scenarios that turn you on the most and practice dry runs outside of the bedroom. If she takes issue with saying certain words or has trouble using slang terms in general, I suggest urging her to use it in every day conversation around the home when possible. Establishing a since of normality can usually get anyone over their inhibition.

Ha! Same issue. It works for about four seconds then one of us says something that cracks the other one up, usually her. I think we just need practice. She's never really done it in past relationships so there's that too. That being said, when she get its right, she nails it. I have hope...

Yup, I second porn and add reading erotica. Hearing and reading it will help her learn what words are common and how to put them together so it doesn't sound comical.

I used to not be able to talk dirty. My partner fed me lines to say until I learned how to do it. Sometimes I read scenes out of erotica, but him helping me was beneficial because I knew exactly what he wanted.
