I'm vegan and really like dark chocolate or rice milk chocolate. Sometimes with almonds or cocoa nibs or espresso bits or some other crunchy stuff.

White choccie is the true love for me! But I will settle for milk chocolate too.
I absolutely hate dark chocolate - WON'T touch it and wouldn't if it was the last thing on earth. I simply can't stand the bitterness of it.

I like milk chocolate best... White chocolate is too sweet for me to eat a good bit of, and dark chocolate is just too bitter for me to enjoy.

RICE MILK CHOCOLATE??? Never heard of it...but sounds yummy. Going to look up now where I can buy some. Recently started using ALMOND MILK ice cream. Wonder if they make chocolate with Almond milk too???

Milk chocolate for me. I'm not a real big fan of dark chocolate, but I don't hate it either. White chocolate, on the other hand, I find to be sickeningly sweet.

Here are my favourite chocolate products that we make at my shop:

Truffle with sorrel jelly and dark chocolate sorrel ganache enrobed in milk chocolate

Pistachio cardamon truffle with a white chocolate ganache enrobed in dark chocolate

White chocolate with a little bit of dark, mixed with roasted sesame seeds and red Hawaiian sea salt and made into a bark

If it's really good chocolate, I like white, but if it's shittier white chocolate tends to be TERRIBLE, so I go with milk. Not a big fan of dark, I like my chocolate packed with sugar.

Dark is the best! I'll eat milk chocolate, if forced. (meaning I already ate all the dark chocolate in the box) I loathe white "chocolate." It tastes like chewing on an unscented bar of soap to me.
