I usually have to initiate it. My wife can go weeks... and I usually have to just straight up tell her "Hey. I need sex." Romantic, right? Then it's 30 minutes of me trying to get her in the mood.

I usually dress up in lingerie every night and then he decides if we're having sex or not. So he's doing the official initiating, but I'm ready either way.

I would say my husband initiates more than I do, his job is manual labor while I sit at a desk all day. Needless to say I'm always ready, him not so much, depends on his day.

I would do that, but then I'm super bummed if he doesn't try and I'm all dressed up and ready. I feel denied!
