I dated this guy when I was 16 and now I'm dating his best friend. Statute of Limitations apply or is this kinda weird. Especially since the ex has me on a pedestal and basically has said "You are the woman that I compare all my girlfriends to."

Yeah it really just depends on the situation. Are you still friends with your ex? And is it important for you to be friends with him?
