Do the pets sleep with you and who is the one who likes it that way?

My boyfriend loves when the cat sleeps with us, I however do not like my face being used as a doormat in the middle of the night as she gets on and off the bed!

No. We love our pooch more than anything, but we do not share our bed with him, he sleeps in his own bed next to ours.

C's cat joins us sometimes, and he prefers to lay near our feet (I think to play "Catch the Mouse Under the Blanket" more than anything). I'm used to having a pet in bed, so it doesn't bug me unless they push me off the bed by demanding the middle and stretching out in all directions.

Our cats are cute, our girl only sleeps on my bf she's like 6lbs and our boy only loves momma. Unfortunately for me he's 25lbs, and he loves sleeping on my chest or body, non the less I love them both.

We don't allow the cat on the bed. She sleeps on a bench at the end of our bed.

Tell me about it. I freaking hate my GFs one cat. Wakes me up countless times in the night loudly meowing for who knows what...purrs extremely loud too and likes to use her neck to keep warm. Grrr. He Stepped on my throat one night when I was sound asleep and damn near threw him across the room.

That said, my small dogs got used to sleeping in the bed many years ago and there is no turning back...but at least they sleep away from our heads and sleep through the night.

My dachshund ALWAYS sleeps with me.. I don't care if my partner liked it or not.. My dachshund is my little baby. He throws tantrums when I don't let him on my bed. He ALWAYS has to be right by my side.. I'd rather kick my partner off the bed than my lil baby.

My 60+ pound pit sleeps in my bed with me when I'm at home. When I'm not home she sleeps in my parents bed. We really don't mind it even if she's a bed hog I've had exes who hated that she slept in the bed but my house, my bed means my rules.

My cat sleeps in bed with us and we both don't mind it. Usually he is either at my head or laying at the foot of the bed

Yes, they can if they want. My fiance doesn't always like to because they shed, but I let them be spoiled

We have 2 cats and 3 dogs - we don't have room for us and all the animals in the bed. It's moot as I'm allergic to all 5 and I need atleast one room I can escape all the fur and dander, so they're not allowed in our room. Occasionally our beagle comes in and sleeps on a bed on the floor in our room, but that's as close as we get to sleeping with any of the pets!

We have 2 cats and they both like to sleep on the bed (usually on us) at night. Luckily they like to sleep around our feet or legs, so they don't crush us. But it does drive me crazy sometimes because I move a lot during the night and they're always in the way or pinning my legs.

I have two dogs one male and the other a female. They both sleep with me, the female is new but lately I've been cacooning myself in my bed spread because she tries to get up-close and personal with me. Which I will have no part, hopefully enough correcting and she'll stop. I've never had that problem from my male.

The pets we had in the family, or the pets my sisters have had, all sleep on the beds.

When I get a dog of my own, it will have a designated sleeping spot BY the bed.

Our cat, Danni, sleeps with us though that will change if we get a bassinet for our baby like we're planning.

My wife did previously like the Vizslas in our bed. However, the dogs would usually shove me out. I dealt with it though. But, I am fighting my wife somewhat now with her wanting a new dog.

My cat sleeps with us in bed sometimes. When we get a dog, though, they won't be allowed in our bedroom, let alone in bed with us.

The dog used to sleep with us and both of us liked it but the fur she shed started to aggravate my skin so she's been banned from the bed for the past couple months

Our cats sleep in the bed sometimes. My female Mischief won't if my husband is in the bed because together we take up HER spots XD. My male loves to either sleep up next to us or by our feet. Catch the mouse is his favorite game...WHAT MOUSE.

Dog sleeps in his crate, except when I go to bed early or Boyfriend isn't home (then we share the bed!) Cat usually sleeps on the end of the bed.

My cats sleeps right with me every night. When the boyfriend comes to visit, he adjusts whether he likes it or not. She was here first. Haha. I try to get her to sleep at the end of the bed when we're sleeping together, though.

One of our cats sleeps in bed with me. He tries to curl up on my pillow but after some prodding from me he will move to the foot of the bed and sleep there.

Our cat sleeps with us sometimes, but he mostly likes to sleep on something at the end of the bed or at the top of the bed!

We have two cats and a dog. Before we adopted our dog, we left the door open for the cats. It wasn't bad because we each had a cat bed on our nightstands. For the most part they each slept in a bed. It was a bit annoying with them walking across us though but nothing major. Once we adopted our dog, we started keeping our door shut because he was being crate trained. The cats in the room would make him bark. He sleeps in bed sometimes. Usually on weekends and days he's not feeling good. I like having my dog sleep with us. My boyfriend however does not. We have a small dog but he takes up a lot of room! Even though he's a cuddler, it is a little uncomfortable sleeping on her side with a paw straight to the back. So I understand my boyfriend's point of view.

My cat always sleeps at the foot of our bed; neither my partner nor I have a problem with it.
