Just about everyday it is "I had a nightmare," but it is always followed up with I love you and how beautiful you are(wife). I have nightmares alot, I can't get the stuff I've done in war out of my head. But my wife is pretty understanding, and normally lets me take her as a POW when we are done talking about it.

I wish we could have selected two choices.. for me it's usually "grunt" first thing in the morning (It takes me about 20 minutes to get coherent in the morning), but after naps, or if I actually get a good sleep it's "hello".

Gernerally we smile and say hi or hey there. With Arch he usually has this amazing big beautiful smile that says he's so glad to see me...I so hope that never changes! With Sigel his eyes light up and he usually asks me how I'm feeling.

Our morning convo usually revolves around coffee negotiations. Today it went something like this:
him: Hey sexy it's time to wake up.
me: Mmmmmmmmm . . . do you want coffee boyfriend?
him: Yeah, but it's time to wake up now. We have things to do.
me: Ok well you should make coffee then.
him: Alright but only if you promise to get up.
me: Mmmmmmm . . . it's your turn . . . mmmmmmmmm . . . you should make coffees.
I then fell back to sleep.

Sometimes, "Ugh, no. That's killer morning breath."
Or, "Five more minutes...zzzzz..."
Usually though, it's a love-type sentiment.
