I voted 4 yrs, Its my current relationship now. Whats kept us together this long I would have to say is, our love for one another, respect and trust, and our ability to compromise for each other with out changing who we are as individuals.

I have been in two long relationships that consisted of around 5 years each. ad i have been in my current one for about a year now. I have a great feeling I picked the right one this time.

We've been together for almost 14 years. We happen to really like each other and we aren't willing to let stupid things get in the way of long-term happiness. Sure, we argue and bicker and sometimes outright fight but we're eager to get our points across and reach compromise. It's been a wonderful experience.

We are coming up on our 4 and a half year anniversary. We've been together since I was 15 and he was 16. I think it is kind of hard to stay in a long term relationship in high school and throughout college but we are making it work!

You need a less than 6 months option. I love how much long term monogamy there is on this site. My longest relationship was my only one. Lasted for 2 and a half months. Even though it was short, I learned a lot, and don't regret anything. Looking forward to the next one.
