Two years with my current partner with the exception of the two months he was doing rehab - I couldn't be with him at that point for my own mental health. But we're back together now. Great sex, common interests, absolute honesty and communication has kept us together.

My current love is my longest relationship. It's been over three years, it'll be four in September.
I think what keeps us going is if not some similar interests, the willingness to try and take interest in the other one's.

I've had 2 relationships that lasted 2 years each with a short marriage in between. I've only been with one person who put their all into the relationship. That was the first long relationship. After Her, I spent several years finding nothing but liars, cheaters, drug addicts and thieves.
