It's not all guys. [EDIT:] I would say it's more likely that 1) they aren't ready to commit, or 2) they're still undecided. Some men don't ever know what they want.

My guy hardly notices people. I'll say something like, "Damn, she was hot!" and he's looking around like, "Who?" (Of course, it could just be that my idea of hot and his are not in sync) I look more than he does; but not to everything that walks or breathes. Very specific/picky about what I think is hot.

I agree with the "stage" of the relationship, and possibly the stage of the drooler in question too. I'm female, and it took me many years before I got to the point where one guy would stay on my mind.

I don't think so. I guess it's hard to find one who doesn't, but they are out there. My partner and I've been together 5 years and I've never in my life saw him looking at other women.. EVER! Not even the slightest glance. & I'm always being sneaky trying to see if he does because he says he doesn't care and he says he only has eyes for me and his attention is always on me so it's hard to even notice others. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THAT! Would NOT have it any other way.
