We're now at a point where my sex drive and hers are more in line.
For you it may be a question of performance anxiety - make sure the health issues are resolved, then maybe things will get better.
The toys help as well. I sue them to make sure my wife has a couple of orgasms before I try. If I can it's great, if not at least she's not frustrated.

We're usually pretty similar but there are always ups & downs where we don't necessarily match up. If one of us is way up and the other is way down, we try oral or helping the other masturbate - and often that gets us both going.

In the past I had a much higher sex drive than my wife. Unfortunately with my age and ED, the playing field has evened out somewhat. Maybe I should rephrase that to "Fortunately for my wife, the playing field has evened out somewhat".
