I recently found out that Director Tom Tykwer recently did a film involving polyamory. It came out in 2010 and is titled "Three"

"A Berlin-set drama centered on a 40-something couple who, separately, fall in love with the same man. "

Interesting...I added it to my Netflix list, but it's just a "save" so apparently it's not been released here in the US yet.
