I recently received Pagan Polyamory by Raven Kaldera for Christmas and I love this book so far.
I love the chapters on the stages of poly relationships, the demons that poly people suffer, and the ceremonies that families can participate in together plus the interviews with the Ravenheart family and other poly families are awesome too.

I wish EF caried Kaldera's books and will make a point to put it on the request list.

Have you read Pagan Polyamory or any of his other books? - he has one on BDSM and Spirituality called Dark Moon Rising and has written erotica.
