I just use clothespins. They're cheaper, work for larger nipples, and can be easily replaced.

I've tried them and I'm not a fan, though I love my nipples played with, I'm not one for hurting them. I like a tough squeeze, but not that tough.

I love them and use them fairly frequently esp during a long, relaxing solo session.
They do give a rush of pain when I release them but I anticipate the pain and find it erotic.
For me the trick is find nipple clamps that work...will stay on, not overly tight as to cause injury and that look awesome.
Initially I used squeeze type plastic clothes pins to get an idea of the feeling and then I was hooked.

I've tried them, and I'm not a fan. Ninety percent of the time, my nipples just don't give a damn, and the other ten percent, it hurts too much to even try. Nothing feels good in that area, for me. I guess I only have two settings -- completely numb, and OW!

I would be intersted. Especially after a video review I saw of clamps attatched to a chain. I don't think my partner is ready for me to wear something like that yet. We just passed the spanking barrier. So I'm not sure what will come next, perhaps the clamps.
