I only recently found out about a sex machine that sounds unbeleivable. I don't remember the name, but it is a Japanese product and sells for about $6300. The same company makes a maching for women also.

A former lover bought a vac-u-lock bit for his reticulating saw and a vac-u-lock dildo. The saw blade is not on it when the vac-u-lock bit is in place so no worries about that. You can control the speed, depth and angle quite well with this system. But I was underwhelmed.
