Do you stop calling it a "fantasy" once you've fulfilled it?

That would be called a memory, rememberence or daydream of the fantasy you fulfilled. Of course you could fantasize on how to elaborate on that fantasy, you know, add something to the original fantasy that did not happen the 1st time.

Probably not. Especially if it were a fantasy for a long time. It would just become "a fantasy fulfilled!"
