I feel uncomfortable if I'm not wearing underwear because of chafing and vaginal discharge, but I understand the appeal of not wearing them if you can get away with it.

Almost never when I'm home, but when I'm out, it just feels weird to not have them on. Sometimes, I'll leave the house without a bra. Only if I have a lot of layers or something baggy on though.

I love underpants during the day! I prefer running around naked at home, though - especially during the summer
