I think in reality they're incredibly unsafe and can lead to any number of things going wrong, the least of which is catching an incurable disease such as STD or throat cancer from HPV.

I love the idea...but the reality? Hell no!!! Ugh!!!
Funny thing, I was at a gas station in Washington on a motorcycle buying trip and noticed a hole in the wall. I thought that was just rude and plugged it up, lol!!!
