I've never had it done, but I also have a tickling kink so I understand where you're coming from.

As for whether it's painful or not, that probably just depends on how sensitive you are. Under most circumstances, I don't like being tickled (if I had a BF he'd be allowed if I could trust him to stop when asked), but I've never considered it painful. It's one of those "you simply can't know until you try" deals.

I'm wondering whether I'd like it too. I can't tell if I'd enjoy just being tickled and unable to move in bed, or whether it would get uncomfortable. But I'd say it's worth trying. You could always tell a partner "I'd like to try this" and if you don't like it or are too ticklish in some places then tell them.

I had a few times with my ex where we wrestled and had tickle fights and I found that fun and arousing- pinning each other down and tickling each other. So I'd suggest trying that, especially if you like the thought of being tied up.
