No, it seems kind of strange to me...not very strong vibrations either. I wouldn't think this would turn me on. Get a real toy! Now- that seems right to me!

Most toys had also disadvantages like limited remote control range and weak vibrations, too. Maybe it would be a fun way for public teasing...

True, but most nice toys are shaped for the female body. I have a Galaxy S4 and can hardly fit that thing between my legs unless I put it there sideways.

I prefer actual vibrators. If I wanted to be publicly teased I would get a high quality remote control bullet, such as the Lyla 2.

I can actually say I have, especially before I had my first toy. I still use it once in a while, and I download the apps off of the Google play store (yes they have vibrator apps). The vibration on my phone is very strong and I was able to orgasm just from the vibrations from my phone(this could also be because I am very sensitive...)

Yes, the lyla sounds really great. I would love to give it a try, soon.

Smartphones really sound not that practical. I have a small cellphone from the stone ages, they can be put there in place quite well.

Too funny a question. Fact is, we were on a trip out of the country (I had a lecture to do, and my husband just came along). Since we were going to an island with strange cell coverage issues, we bought a "one time use" phone with limited minutes, on the island. Well, the first time it rang, the vibration was shockingly strong. Our last day there we still had about an hour of unused time, so hubby decided to have fun. After I came out of the shower and was laying on the bed, catching the ocean view out the window, he used the hotel phone (thankfully a no charge call) to call the cell. He then used the cell as a vibrator right on my clit. Interestingly, while here a phone may ring for four or five rings, their system keeps going till one party hangs up, so I got a thirty minute, three orgasm ride out of that phone!!!!

I'm not sure. Here's what I mean. I have a smartphone. With smartphones, you use apps to extend the functionality of the phone. Some of these apps allow you to control items remotely. Some apps are used to remotely control "intimate items".

When the smartphone was created, I doubt the creators weren't thinking about ways of getting off with the device, but hey, I wasn't there when it was created.

In a way, I am communicating with another person, which was the original purpose of the device. Though I have to admit that I've never cramned my vibrating phone in my pants and hoped for a wrong number.
