Well, I haven't played with a lot of cold stuff but I can tell you I do prefer it more than heat.

No so much a cold item, but some cold play. I got the idea from a book I read where a lady had some ice cream with her by the bed and she would take a spoonful of it and let it partially disolve and then she would enclose her partner's penis in her mouth, letting the ice cream flow over it. I tried something similar on my husband by just taking an ice chip into my mouth and letting it melt so my tongue and mouth were cold, and then going down on him. We got these floppy ice cube trays from IKEA in different shapes (hearts, rods, stars, etc) and he likes sneaking ice cubes down my shirt when I'm in the kitchen, on the sofa watching TV, or otherwise not paying attention. I have never experimented with temperature play, but I can't see any reason not to at least try it. For now, I'm still pretty new to sex, so it hasn't lost its novelty yet, even without adding new factors.
