Actually, if we're talking sexually, there is nothing that we've fantasized about and not yet done. We've even done it with me on my head! Seriously and it was actually fun until all the blood rushing to my head finally got to me. LOL. But one day he asked how I wanted to do it & I jokingly said "on my head" and bam. We found a way. We just put one of those memory foam matress toppers in the floor, right up at the edge of the bed & I stood on my head & leaned my backside against the bed. LOL.

I won every hand-stand competition I've ever been in as a gymnast, so it really paid off! LOL Can't do a hand-stand for longer than 10 seconds, but I can stand on my head forever.

I've tried thinking of more "challenges," but in all honesty, my fantasizes are already fulfilled, so challenges and new fun places to do it are neat, but I really don't have a fantasy left unfulfilled.
