One thing we have tried recently was the We-Vibe II. It's designed to be inserted into the female, and stimulate both her G-Spot and clitoris. And the man can still penetrate her as well. The wife and I have used it a few times and like it a lot. It feels especially good for me, it's a new sensation I've never had a chance to feel before. A little pricey, but worth the investment.

We did not have very good luck with the We-vibe. It kept slipping out of position. We really enjoy using a sex swing together as well as position pillows.
