Three kids is a bit much! I remember when we only had one...oh how much easier things were! Now our oldest boy is about to be 8, the younger boy is about to be 6, and our 1 and only girl is 1 1/2.

I'm a stay at home mom...so shutting off the mom switch and flipping on the sexy wife switch is a bit rough sometimes. It's almost impossible to find time together as husband and wife. Everything tends to revolve around being mom and dad. Which is fine!

After almost 10 years of marriage, I think we have finally found what works for us, at least for now. Even when cooking dinner we are grabbing eachother and giving little kisses. I think it's hard for a lot of people to find that balance with kids around but it's also important for the kids to see how much mommy and daddy love eachother..of course the bedroom is a different story tho!!

We have two young children and it is hit or miss with us depending on work and the kids behavior whether we are ready to go or not. On days when it is on we cannot wait until the kids' bedtime. We are headed straight to bed to play, but other days we get them to bed and just lay around not wanting to do anything for a few hours and then head to bed for sleep.

It's nice to know that we all handle the kiddo situation very similarly. I'm slightly surprised that handling the situation doesn't differ a little kore. thank you all for the responses.

No issues except if he is sick and up frequently or has a nightmare or something. As long as he is sleeping normally and on schedule, I am okay.

My husband and I have a one year old daughter at home. She stays with us most of the time but she has a greedy papa who keeps her at least once a week. I think we stay in the mommy daddy mode 24/7!
