When the power is out, and there is only so much that can be done around the house, do you use that opportunity to get to bed early and have a little more "romance time"?

It's been my luck that everytime the power goes out my husband is not home.

When my power goes out, I end up with a timer for how long I can talk to my guy (computer and phone-turned-wireless- hub only have so much battery.) When my guy loses power, no talking period (this cancelled a cam show once.) So I've learned to hate power outages and associate them with sexual frustration.

no, we have kids. Romance is for when the kids are in bed.

Our power went out the other night..we thought the babies would wake up but they didnt so we figured we'd take this opportunity to romance things.. we lit some candles and started to caress each other, but its been 100 plus degrees outside for the past 23 days here so we ended up not doing anything cuz shortly after starting we were hot and already sweating from the heat.
