I dated someone from a personals online ad a long time ago & he was a little strange, haha. I'm not sure if I would do it again..then again, i don't have much time to date. Who knows.

OkCupid and Plenty of Fish are websites I have frequented over the past few years. I don't think I've ever had a relationship with someone from a dating site, but I've hooked up.

I have several friends who met through a dating site and are now married, so it can work. I've never found my partners through one. I've gotten as far as flirting, but it never seems to move off the screen. On the other hand, when I finally joined OKC (I was late) the first half a dozen suggestions it made for me were people I already knew and dated in meat space, so the matching programs are fairly spot on. ;P

Met quite a few, didn't actually go into relationships with any. They tend to be 'on there for a reason'. I am too, not gonna lie--I'm bipolar, anti-social, paranoid, clingy, obsessive... yeah.

Yeah I've gone out with a couple guys from OK!Cupid but no luck from there. I'd try again if ever single.. but probably would have the same response.

It's hard to find a guy online these days.. most of the ones i've met are jerks.

yes, i've dated someone i met on fetlife - although initially we started out as friends without any plan to date. she ended up breaking up with me and stealing a bunch of stuff from me.

i'm on okcupid but haven't had much luck there. most of my partners i've been friends with on common interest sites (like fandom sites) and a relationship developed out of it and then we met in real life, or we were friends in real life to begin with.

I've actually been on those sites and met a few guys but they end up wanting nothing more than sex. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but when you're looking for more, it sucks.
