If newly/recently single, what lessons about yourself did you learn from your last relationship ?

Personally, I learned no amount of low self-esteem can make me date a straight man again. like, i need a bit of queer in my lovers.

And also that i'm drawn to a super destructive type and should work on finding other types of people attractive, not just the unprincipled emotionally immature types.
