Im single now but recently out of a long-term relationship. Curious as to whether people would rather live the single life or a manogamous relationship.

I think it all depends on the person, i personally prefer being in a relationship but being single isnt bad either. I love to feel comfort and to know i have somebody to call my own, whenever i need love or sexual pleasure i have someone i can count on

I'm kinda torn on this subject. I love being my totally own person and only having to answer and take care of myself. I'm set in my ways and not sure anyone could truly deal with me long term cause I'm not interested in flings.
On the other hand it is really nice having someone to love and totally bond with. And I like being in a relationship with someone who can make me feel 100% secure - otherwise it's not a fun time for me at all.

That's a tough one, I'm wrestling with that right now. Monogamous relationships are not for me... I like being single, but I can see that this is going to get old eventually.

After being monogamous for so long, I prefer it. That is not to say I wasn't happy when I was single.

I enjoy relationships because it means there's someone there to share experiences with. There's someone there to be intimate with. There's someone to have a romantic bond with.

There are pluses and minuses to both. But I love being in a long term relationship, especially with the right person.

Lol, I just saw this thread again. We were apart for a week and a half and couldn't stand to be apart anymore so needless to say we ironed out the differences. I don't like not having him to lean on when I need him
