I go to my assignment cart and select to review , choose buyout/and or free assignment and it says I must finish my three assigned products already or I have a pending review. But it's not showing a pending review, and I have finished all my assignments. What is going on?

It doesn't actually say that YOU have any pending assignments. This is what it says exactly:

"Free assignments are not available for products with 3 or more assigned reviews or pending assignments."

This means that the maximum number of free reviews have already been given to this product. That means that if you want to review it, you'll need to purchase it normally or as a "buy-out" assignment. The buy-out option will give you 30% off the regular price.
