I'm an Editor, but I cannot Edit Anything

You know, the last week I've been going around thinking that I stopped editing reviews because I had just forgotten all about it, but I just remembered why. I decided that I was going to take on some reviews and take up my work, but I cannot. I can still access the task market and my tasks, however... I have a technical issue.

I actually posted about this before a few months ago. I just realized that I never actually got a response from anyone about it. I emailed Ilya as well, but it looks like nothing was ever fixed.

My issue was that apparently I have a review already open in My Tasks, however, if I try to proofread it to publish it, it takes me to a list of MY assignments and not that review.

So, that review is gone? However, I cannot take on any other tasks as the task market thinks I already have one open.

Soooo, I suppose I just wanted to say that not only have I not been editing because I got distracted and forgot, but because I got distracted and forgot because my issue was never solved on top of everything else that's gone on in my life. less

Oooh, that sounds bad. : / Have you submitted a support ticket about it? I have one review in my task market that does not show to be complete, but is published. I never got the points for editing it, but at least it doesn't hinder my ability to edit other reviews! less

I have submitted both a support ticket and emailed Ilya about it but have not heard back in MONTHS.

I'm really disappointed because I had gotten myself disciplined enough to get back into editing so that I can help with the backlog we have going on. less
